Welcome to Coaching After Trauma!

My life has led me through many big "T's" and little "t's"- traumas.
According to my friends, I have “persevered with an indomitable spirit”. 

My spiritual director once encouraged me to “take the life scars I
have experienced and turn them into stars so they can shine their
light for others who must travel the same path.”  This is what I have
used as a mission for my life.  Now through coaching I am privileged
to journey with others to become 'creators of circumstances' as they
turn their 'problems' into 'creative opportunities for growth'.

My goal is to “journey with you and help you find the inspiration
within yourself to move forward.” 

I look forward to beginning our journey together.
